Forza Roofing is a third-generation company rooted in South Florida, built on experience passed down from my grandfather, Marcial Garcia — who came to this country from Cuba at just 14 years old and built a reputation not through shortcuts, but through consistency, work ethic, and trust.

From him, I learned that being great in this business isn’t about being the loudest — it’s about showing up, solving problems, and staying accountable. That mindset defines how we operate today.
